How to use Image Biomolecular Hydrating Recovery Mask

Apply to cleansed face and smooth on for all over contact on the skin, leaving on for 30 minutes. Can be used a few times a week and especially before a special occasion to give your skin an immediate hydration boost.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace goods if the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.

Damaged Goods

Please return the goods to us within 21 days of purchase, including all packaging. We will then refund your card or send a replacement.

Please follow the four steps outlined below to return your goods to VW Skincare:

Step 1

Please send an email to orders@vwskincare.co.uk . You will need to provide your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.

Step 2

Please include information on whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that your name, address and order ref. number is included with your return package. All goods must be wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

Step 3

Please return your package by recorded delivery, retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage to:

Step 4

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. As for reasons of hygiene we appreciate if the replacements or exchanges are not opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

If requesting a refund, payment for the goods will be refunded by VW Skincare as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.

Delivery (instead of Shipping), (if you cannot change to delivery in the sub heading then do use shipping for consistency).

All orders are sent out free of charge by Royal Mail First Class post to the address given at time of order. Delivery by Royal Mail First Class post can take between 1 - 3 days to reach the destination. Orders over £75.00 are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Once payment has been received by VW Skincare, orders are processed and sent out by Royal Mail First Class post the next day. For UK orders sent by Royal Mail, we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your order until 15 working days have lapsed.

Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery, or because the address you entered was incorrect, we reserve the right to pass on any additional postage costs incurred.
