Returns Policy

All our products come with a 21-day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 21 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace goods if the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.


Damaged Goods

Please return the goods to us within 21 days of purchase, including all packaging. We will then refund your card or send a replacement.

Please follow the four steps outlined below to return your goods to VW Skincare:


Step 1

Please send an email to . You will need to provide your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.


Step 2

Please include information on whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that your name, address and order ref. number is included with your return package. All goods must be wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.


Step 3

Please return your package by recorded delivery, retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage to:

Step 4

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. As for reasons of hygiene we appreciate if the replacements or exchanges are not opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

If requesting a refund, payment for the goods will be refunded by VW Skincare as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods.
